These bikes NEED to go.

Your whiney pathetic childish opinion "need to go" to what ever new forum you choose to whine in.

You play the same tune no matter what bike you own

Honestly, how many of you have a garage queen?

I thoughts thats what you drove.

Speaking of queen, was that your picture?, if so you look like Beibers love toy

yet you try calling my out?

Most of us are not spoiled little whiney beeches

3 years of flat beating on Ducatis and im on my second one, and ive done nothing but beat them and change oil.

In another forum a guy has over 200,000 miles on his. But you! OMG my mangina hurts cause I see a little oil! Im calling Beiber and telling on you guys!

I understand your frustration, but you went about it like a spoiled beech

.... Ducati

same to you brother, dont let the door hit you on the way out sucker.

Ridin' on track. Ridin' on road.

Quality has been top shelf here.

The GSXR and R1-Forum need more trolls...

I heart my R.

Nice looking R. In case you haven't yet, let those beautiful Ohlins breathe, my friend.

Quality has been exceptional here as well. I'm loving this bike more and more with each ride.

I haven't given much of a s*** towards this thread since the minute I posted it. I haven't read any of it, and really don't care to, I've got no time.
Just a quick update. Bike has been in for a week and a half. Guess what?
"Oh, well parts should be here next Thursday."

Really?
Another 2+ weeks out of service.
.... Ducati, and forget the half of you who are completely brain dead and defending this bike. As I've said, I'd love to see you people own two of these and see them cumulatively spend 3 months in the shop for being pieces of .....

Honestly, how many of you have a garage queen? Or a track only bike with 45 miles on it? Or, uh, you don't even own the 1199, yet you try calling my out? LOL

These things couldn't sell fast enough. Anyone have any way I could contact DNA Corporate dweebs and give them a piece of my mind?? If so, please PM me.
Its 2013, not 1973. this .... should get here in 2 days from italy. Not two weeks. Unacceptable.

These bikes NEED to go.

Flame on...

I sort of feel sorry for you, more empathise with you having issues on two bikes, yes you do come across as exceptionally negative in your posts and I must say is becoming slightly tedious which causes people to switch off (which with your bike issues could be the cause). I suggest you stop, take a breath and make a bullet point list of all your issues with your bikes and talk directly to Ducati, take out all your raw emotions, as large companies historically don't look at customers emotions (apart from when marketing to them to buy thier product), they look at the facts and what it will cost them to put it right, you state things in your posts in a way that comes across as you are a spoilt brat and need to mature slightly, which you hopefully you are not, hopefully just disillusioned with the issues at hand (I don't know you so can not really comment). You own a bike that is still new to the market as yes it will have teething problems like every other brand of motor vehicle out there does, once these are sorted the Panigale is one of the best bikes out there PERIOD!!!! GLWS on both bikes and hope you have better luck with your future purchases what ever brand it be.

The howletzer post is actually a great read and sums up the 1199 in a simple way.

Yep. Took those reflector junk off that day. That pic was 5 months ago the day I got her...

How are they attached? I thought about taking them off when I bought it, then I got to busy enjoying the ride. Now that the season is over here in Ct. ( sprayed calcium chloride all over). I can do some minor tidying up.

They are glued on. You can pull them right off and clean the remaining glue with WD40. ;)

On any warm day, or after a long ride, they peel right off easy. Or maybe a heat gun (low and be careful!) but it takes all of about 10 seconds to take them off.

Thanks zaster.
I don't care much to break "my" dealerships balls anymore. Its simply the bikes in and of themselves that are the problem.

Have a good one ;)

Dude... Sell the bike already and get out of here. Seriously...

I can provide to you SEVERAL cases where the bike is absolutely great. Yes, there are issues out there. Hell, even the sewing machine Japanese have had their share of issues and they are even larger as they produce in such a higher degree... I am pretty sure a guy like you cannot be satisfied and obviously are not mechanically inclined and doesn't understand that these things are what they are.

We've ran our 1199 along with at least a dozen of other guys that race or track day their 1199s and not a single issue. Knock on wood...

We have mine in the shop right now just to simply ..... a year on the bike. The tech wants to evaluate the bearing wear and such. Yes, we had a little seeping out of the valve covers, but understand that this is something I have experienced with my Hondas, Kaws and yes my GSXRs. It's common and in a race environment, it happens more frequently.

The bike has been put through some serious paces and again... I can use a few other higher level racers that have a full season thus far and same or similar results. Wear internally has been amazing. We saw nothing of concern other than the possibility that I need to start using a heavier weight oil for start up wear prevention. Cold start wear essentially...

But, the bike has shown me that it is up to par with the japanese machines I've raced and more dependable than the last twin I raced...

Point is this. You hate the bike. I get it. You F-Bomb the company that makes it. I get that also. You are just simply a guy that I think has checked out at the beginning and either could barely afford this thing and feels that the experience needs to be better or you just are a tough guy to please and most likely shouldn't own motorcycles...

Buy an HD and let me know how that turns out...

Just remove yourself from the brand. It will be better overall. Get the bike fixed, advertise it to sell it and walk away. Until she sells, though... Save us all the bitching and just step away from the forums. It just comes across as being a little baby and sounds ignorant.

You have a valid issue and probably would have got a lot of sympathy had you approached this much better...

Don't have time to read the thread yet know you're being called out?

Oh just shut up...... You're more annoying than my ex girlfriend's mom. Sell the bikes. Get a scooter. Or better yet, take the bus. Then you'll never have to worry about maintenance again.
