Andreani has a kit specifically aimed at resolving the rebound issue... comes with all new shims. As it effectively converts a dual chamber fork into an open chamber unit, the top cap of the inner cartridge must be machined/turned down to 37.5 mm. With the exception of the machining (unless you have machining capabilities), you can do the remainder of the work. The kit sells for ~$150.00.
 
Seems like people gave up on the bladder fork fix? I saw the 1299 had different part numbers on the damper cartridge so not sure if it's a design update that fixed the issue vs the 1199?

The quad piston system seems superior in principle to the NIX30 mid-valve only setup with the low-pressure cavitation so just curious if others have decided to stick with Marzocchi.
