MCN (uk) will be testing the 1199 on the 11th of february in Dubai,....and article will be in the paper on the 15th feb.

Just spoke to Phill West, road test editor.

Presume this will be at the gp track and not on the roads.

I think MCN are getting early access and this will be the first ride report from the UK press. The brochure Ducati sent me included an exclusive access MCN write-up on the 1199. By the time this first ride reort hits the news shelves it will only be a few weeks berfore the first bikes get delivered. I'm really not expecting MCN to say anything controversial, Ducati are managing this bikes release in intricate detail.

MCN are also showing the 1199 at the excel bike show in London between the 2nd and 5th of Feb. at £20 a ticket i,l be popping along to take a look at it in the flesh.

...the 1199 is on display at the Manchester ( g-mex) show THIS weekend....

...I'm going and have a spare ticket if anyone wants one....
