Looking good Steve. Two questions. The carbon V panel near the bottom radiator. Is that piece overlayed on the OEM plastic part? The instrument holder (front subframe), what is the fit like?

Hi Rod, the V panel is a replacement part and the instrument panel is a good fit, no problems or adjustments when we fitted ours.

OK only asked as the OEM V panel seems to be integrated into the moulding for the top half of the radiator shroud. Could not see an obvious split or separation between the two so perhaps I missed something.

fitting all carbon fairings and bits before sending to the painter..

tank will be fitted tomorrow

hey bud, what kind the grips you have? Could you please let me know the name and website you got yours?

It's a full replacement part :)

OK, still confused as to how this V panel will fit as the OEM panel is all one piece that includes the coolant tank, radiator flaps, side shrouds and is moulded as one part that includes the lower V panel. Since there is no physical joint between the lower and upper sections, the CDT V panel either sticks over the OEM lower plastic section or you have to cut the upper half away from the OEM plastic part you wish to replace. Looking at the CDT part, I cant see how it would fit unless your were wielding a hacksaw, or it sticks over the plastic, as I suggested. Given the lower section supports the bottom radiator as well as the fan housing, it makes sense to house this into one moulding, as the top half bears the weight of the upper radiator as well. If this is a replacement part, how is it braced to the remaining upper plastic part once you cut the lower OEM plastic part off? Seems a little drastic, hence my scepticism.

Probably not everyone's cup of tea but this is my little Panigale with my touch on it... also has a custom seat to be added shortly

@prezzy87, I really liked your bike on the first two pictures, but the gold stripe on the third pic doesn't work for me.

Is it gold or is it silver/chromed like the Ducati Corse decal?

Nevertheless, what matters is that you love it and it's always good to see someone take their own approach to customize his/her bike.

Yes it's all Chrome Gold, the photo doesn't do the stripe justice sadly it just sets it off, as I said I know die hard ducati fans may be annoyed by my choice but I like it and it turns heads as there isn't another one like it..
