Don't care what kind of bike it is(obviously it's a kawi)... Should any bike do that regardless of the throttling?
 
its an old carb'd zx6r or zx9r...he probably has it jetted for that pipe and well to much throttle and its just dumping fuel in the bowls.. to much fills and boom
