any news on this Motodynamic Integrated Tail Light? and i would like one in clear

I'm on their email subscription list for the tailight and I've been checking their website almost everyday and nothing has changed since I created this post back in January.

Gave up on Motodynamic. I too was on their email subscription list but as it turns out you are subscribing to thin air. Dont expect anything.

They have been working on the Panigale integrated unit since God's dog was a puppy, no communication, no ETA and no delivery.

I went with the MotoTuning integrated unit in the end. Its exactly what you need. I had head a few hit and miss stories with the CW unit.
The MotoTuning unit is well made, plug and play and is plenty bright enough. Anyone looking for one, hit up Jav and Bellissimoto and he'll sort you out.

G'day Wolf, I assume you haven't had any issues ref cops/compliance. What happens when tail lights or brake lights are on while indicating? Does it alternate red and amber or is the red permanently on and the amber gets mixed in? I looked but couldn't find a vid showing this.

I've had no cop related probs mate but as you know it depends what mood they are in on the day. When you indicate it alternates between red and yellow.
Tail lights/ brake lights stay on (they are inset LEDs)and the indicator flashes around them

Good news! I just received their newsletter for their Memorial Day sale and the bottom, it says that the tail light is to be released late June.

If the lights were only red and looked OEM :/ I think the smoked/clear/black stuff looks like a spoiled 14 year old kid got a hold of too much money and a brand spanking new Ducati...

Nice. Keep us posted if you hear anything new or if you get notification of their availability. I need one of these ASAP!

Hope they do red, don't want clear or smoked. Could always retrofit a OEM red cover onto one though.

updates

Has anyone heard anything - I really wanted one but I am afraid it is not happening.

Just had a look at their site says "in production" now..... after a year later lol

I've been waiting for it too. But, they should have come out with it the first year this model was introduced. Not when it's about to be discontinued. :)

I received their Fourth of July sale email earlier today and unfortunately, the 1199 tailight release date is "TBA" once again... :(

Its said "in production" for months now.

I don't think its any closer now then when the page was created.

I would truly love to know why this is "hard".

We could have fab'd one ourselves by now. Murphy's Law says that I soon as I go through all of the trouble to do this myself, they will finally release theirs in mass production. Maybe I should take one for the team? :D

In all seriousness, anyone have any updates they can share?

I have had the prototype on my bike for well over a year, it works perfect.

I have no idea why they havent produced it as of yet

I have not had any issues with it

Buying your prototype at above market value would be cheaper (in terms of my time and overall cost of materials that I'm not likely to be able to buy 1-at-a-time) then doing it myself.

Have you considered letting someone take it off your hands for the right price?
