I was reluctant to call this a "build", but with the number of one-off parts and the time that has been put into it, I think it qualifies as one. This took a little over a year. I think I'm calling it done at this point.

I'm probably missing a few things but here's a mod list:

- RapidBike Race module
- RapidBike MyTuning Modules
- RapidBike YouTune
- Wide band o2 sensors (from RapidBike)
- Rexxer flash
- Full DP Akrapovic exhaust
- BlackStone Tek CF Wheels w/ ceramic bearings
- 520 light weight quick change kit (41t sprocket at the moment)
- Ducabike clear clutch cover
- NRC fender eliminator kit
- Oberon clutch slave cylinder
- DP windscreen
- EVOtech Radiator guards
- LighTech rearsets (GP shift)
- Sprint PO8 air filter
- DP gas cap
- Full titanium bolt kit from Phil
- DP mirror bock offs
- CRG Arrow mirrors w/ Motovation bar end adapters
- Gecko's turn signal mounts w/ Rizoma signals
- Custom seat from C&C Seats (shaved, gel insert installed, re-covered)
- Shorai Battery
- ProGrip 717's
- Throttle spacer kit

I'm not going to list every piece of carbon fiber that is on the bike. If it was black plastic, chances are it was replaced with DP carbon fiber.

I want to give a thank you to the following individuals:
Yaman - Excellent product and support
Zohsix - Great deals on parts
Phl - The sweet ti hardware
Jarel - Great deal on the BST's and parts
Gecko - The indicator mounts, but more importantly...the chocolate
Endodoc - For the custom CF YouTune mount

Absolute beauty, you put some serious coin into it. And good to see you took that vertical engine heat shield off!

Looks great Rogue. I still think the BST design is nicer then many of the new ones. Not into the curved spoke designs of OZ.
What material did you use for the seat cover?

Looks great, Rogue! Ground-up builds, performance parts, retrofits, cosmetic upgrades...anything you do to modify to your personal taste classifies it as a build, imo. ;)

I enjoy seeing these bikes with owners' various personal tastes. :D

Thanks guys. I wanted to stick with a go-fast theme and keep it performance oriented. I've never really been into the needless stickers, colored anodizing, bling etc. I think that the clear clutch cover might be the only cosmetic part.

Thanks TR. I really have no idea what the material is. C&C just calls it "Black Vinyl Asphalt". The bike feels great with the seat lowered and the gel added. I mentioned this in another thread, but it doubled the mileage that I can comfortably ride in a day. Even helped some with the heat. The grip is definitely there as well.

Wow! Them carbon wheels! Notice much of a difference from the stock wheels?

Yes. I didn't think that I would see a big difference since I was coming off S wheels, but it was immediately noticeable. At first I thought I might've made a mistake. It made the front end feel a bit twitchy, especially on high speed turns. What I learned was that it was magnifying my flaws. I was putting too much weight/input on the bars. When I ride the bike properly, they perform great.

Thanks GM. In my opinion the term "build" is overused. I see too many guys throw a pipe and some stickers on and call it a build. Technically, everything on my bike is bolt-on. Being strictly bolt-on was never a real build in my opinion. Bolt ons are just legos. You assembled something, but didn't build .....

Rogue,

Did you end up getting your seat done at the place I gave you for reference?

Beside being more conscious of your riding to resolve the twitchiness, can some of that be recitified by adjusting the suspension for the lighter carbon wheels?

awesome job where did you get that gp shift sticker very useful i have one on my track bike but where you put it and the size is perfect for the 1199 and the bmw .

Yes, I had to go back to my local suspension guru and have the fixed settings redone. That helped, but I was the biggest problem. Adjusting the steering stabilizer also helped. Believe it or not I wasn't crazy about the wheels at first, but it's pretty cool that they're making me more conscious of my riding style and a therefore a better rider. That's a hidden plus that I wasn't aware of when I bought them. I could only imagine the difference on a base model.

I had a few custom made at a local graphics company.

haha. Very nicely done.

One time, I had a local dealer doing some service to my SF and tech guy was like "man, you should've told me about reverse shift (GP shift), I thought something was wrong with your gears and keep stalling..."

I'm like you are a retard....

I should have a sticker like that ....... like Ducati mechanics...

They're required on the tracks down here. I assumed that was the case everywhere.
