Sorry to hear about the life probs.
Bikes looking real tasty if that helps.

July was a good month. I went to a charity bike show and surprisingly enough got first place. I was a little shocked because there was some pretty serious competition out there. A week later she went to COTA.

Figured I'd update this thread. I'm trying to remember what all has been done in the past year but off of the top of my head:

Brembo RCS's with Gecko's custom CF mounts
CNC Racing Ti Flange
Translogic QS w/ Ti rod
Woodcraft clip-ons (Ditch the CF ones. Mine broke unloading the bike)
Shift Tech CF frame covers
Fullsix CF kickstand
Stahlbus Ti bleeders all around
SATO shift rod linkage
Ti front and rear axle nuts

I've also gone down the slippery slope of replacing every bolt that I can with Ti.

All pretty minor stuff. The garage has been the main priority lately.

Have you thrown it on some scales to quantify the results of your weight saving efforts?

I did early on and it was hovering around 400 lbs all in. I'd like to get it down around 380 but it's a constant two steps forward one step back struggle. The wheels, exhaust, 520 kit, etc all dropped considerable weight, but then I added with the RapidBike rat nest, bar ends, CNC switches, etc.

Fun fact... The stupid expensive CNC Ti flange is heavier than OEM. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had known beforehand.

I know that I'll drop 12 lbs if I switch to the FullSix carbon monocoque subframe. That's probably my next move.
