Hello guys, so I recently added a SC project sc1 slip on system and did a sprint filter with a bren tune. After install I have been having generic code light on as well as all my rider aids flashing (Dwc, dtc, dsc). I have been working with Bren on getting this resolved but no luck so far...
Does anyone have any suggestions as to helping me figure out what happen? Thanks

The brentune flash unit can read codes. What codes are coming up? As for DWC, DTC, DSC, try doing a calibration through the bikes menu system.

It’s not a check engine light. The manual called it a generic code and it is on the bottom right of the screen. It is a triangle around a exclamation.
Also what calibration are you talking about?

It was just a shot in the dark, possibly it lost the tire calibration on ecu flash/reset. That would cause all of the rider aid issues. Outside of the new exhaust melting some wires or disturbing wiring during the change, it is likely something that happened with the flash.

^ Damn that sucks. I hope to see Rapid Bike release a piggy back ECU since I don't want to have issues like this. Sorry to hear about this and hopefully you can get this resolved quickly.

I doubt this will work, but you can try the following as a reset:

Start the bike, and let it run until the fans kick in.
Turn the bike off and let it fully cool down.

Repeat this three times.

I had a faulty sidestand switch. When we replaced it with a known working switch, we still had the error. Dealer recommended the above process which, if the fault is no longer present, clears the fault. Although, if you plug in a diagnostic machine, it is still recorded in the ECU.

Ok guys so a update.
Bren tuning was able to get me a new map that fixed all the issues. I’m not sure if it was a corruption in the files or what, but they were awesome with helping me get this all fixed.

So how does the bike run now? We need a Bren review.
So the data that I have is very limited since it is still snowing and only in the 30s.
I did just a short ride only going through 2 gears and from what I felt was a much smoother throttle delivery. I could feel more power in the lower rpm range and the bike didn’t lurch under 3 k like before. I will do a update when I can get her out and actually ride.

thanks for all your he suggestions and help with this.
