Need some help deciding on wheels please

So I am thinking about upgrading my s's wheels. Right now I am considering the following wheels:

1. OZ Motorbike Cattiva Forged Magnesiums

2. Marchesini Magnesiums

3. Marchesini Forged Aluminium

I have heard conflicting information with regards to whether or not magnesium wheels are good for the street. I would probably not do many track days, but want something different than the OEMs.

Since you are not looking for a performance advantagE, pick whatever looks the best to you. And magnesium wheels are fine for the street.
 
My magnesiums are fine been running them on nyc streets hands down the best upgrade..... Key is if you want gold then marchesini if you want black oz racing

but your front rim is DENTED, isn't it? in the name of full disclosure....

they do look badass tho....

I have the Carlos Checa OZ wheels (forged aluminum) on my Tricolore, and I love the way they look. Slightly heavier than the OEM S model wheels though, but I haven't noticed anything different in regards to steering feel or response (street rider).

Totally totally MY FAULT ..... I followed my dumb ass cousin through an unfamiliar road and went over numerous bumps and potholes.... the lip has a tiny bend because of the grove ..... doesn't affect the bike at all and this winter will send them to be straightened .... same pothole would of done the same to any rim

If you want them now I'd get the Oz mags, there is no sense buying Al wheels, when the stock S,R wheels are hard to beat, unless you like the looks better. I am waiting for the marchesini M9RS personally.

So what do the M9RS look like ? I must admit I really like the look of the gold Marchesini magnesium mags. I just like the gold and red together.
 
Thanks for the info and opinions, everyone! I went with the gold magnesium Marchesinis. Purchased them from Logan at a great price!
