That is like the Pagani of sports bikes. All the details and craftsmanship. Certified .... machine.

Love the carbon version, hate the polished version. But an entry fee of $35k and $54k US for the SS....... I'm out!

Norton didn't do very well bringing their retro bikes over here. No bikes, no support. Doubt I'll be seeing one.

Pardon but isn't this the argument that endo was having earlier? From what I read this looks like a top of the line build with a much cheaper price tag than the new SL.

1200 cc V4?
Is there a class that this can be raced in???

Can't race it in FIM/MA based rules. But check your local clubs. In OMRRA it says something like "Unlimited OEM displacement" for the superstock rules. I believe WERA would be similar. So yeah, it would be fine. And obviously all the unlimited classes.

It's a modern version of a Rickman / Seely / Bimota, someone else's engine, in this case Aprilla RSV4 in their roller. Stunning bike no doubt, but as an old Norton racer I just can't get past the fact that it's NOT a Norton, anymore than an aftermarket built harley with Indian badges is not an Indian.

The Aprilia motor was only used for chassis development. The engine in this one is a 1200cc V4 that is all Norton.

idk how this bike will do on track but holy .... this bike actually look better than panigale. jesus...wow

Somebody didn't read the article very well...because it IS a NORTON!

“The Aprilia V4 engine is a 65-degree, ours is 72. Their engine is a 1000cc, ours is a 1200cc. The layout of our engine is very different to theirs, and we’ve used a lot of engineering tricks to make ours more compact. Even though it’s 20% bigger in capacity, with a bigger V-angle, it’s the same size as Aprilia’s in profile.

What a ...... company!
I mailed Norton, I put myself on a mailing list, checked for local dealers etc.....
No response at all. Either they hate me or the whole bike story is a promotion/pr fake.

Yes 100% correct. I read a nice article about it all today.

Like the black one not the polished one.
