No SPARK wont start

2013 1199 went for a ride came home parked it for the night wouldn't start the next day. It turns over fine. Battery is good and charged. Pulled plug wire and I get no spark to the plug and it seems like my fuel pump won't shut off as well along with a clicking sound from one of the relays on left side of bike
HELP
