no other changes except the tune? that's pretty big.

Ye its a pretty consistent increase across the range and when you couple this with the stronger fuelling and a 41T it makes for an evil package.

(NB. In terms of absolute numbers this is on the conservative dyno - the other ran the same tune +16HP so if we ran on that one we'd be showing around 197RWHP)

based on the baseline run I figured it was a conservative dyno.....it's all about the increase!

well done. do you have the two af ratio curves before and after? it must have been pretty rich to get that kind of increase. did they adjust timing at all?

As always my technical knowledge ends at reading a graph, I would have to ask to be sure but I'm pretty sure they did. They spent a lot of extra time trying to crack this one as the exhaust was disappointing straight out of the box. (same for any straight through, large bore pipe I guess).

If I am not mistaken, the TB provided tunes are only up to abour 40% throttle. This means there are no power gains, per say, as would be seen on a dyno run. He tunes the low throttle areas and leaves the rest up to you. Pretty smart if you ask me.....saves you dyno time but still allows a good and safe tune for your climate.

Very true, I did question them about this when I received my package, they advised the bike they had access to was not fully ran-in, hence why the tune stopped there. Apparantly in a couple of weeks they will be releasing new tune and trim files based upon the 0206 map that will include mapping all the way to the top.......looking forward to trying that!

Latest update on this is after my bike running fine with the tuneboy standard tune file, I re-applied the tune and trim again after a few days - same idle issue but this time more intermittent than before (better but not right). Have sent more details back to wayne @ tuneboy to see if he can re-produce at his end.
