I had a phone call from my accountant on Thursday and ran a few things past him. One of them was running the bike through the business. His reply was it is not the same as running a car and if I could prove the percentage I use it for business and please I can claim back that much in VAT and tax! So most of my miles will be run through the business and I will be claiming back as much of the 20% VAT purchase costs as possible! New leathers, helmet etc! Can't wait now for my Tric'! :D
