I went with the Termignoni slip-on and had a 40T (yes, 40T) rear sprocket/carrier and new 525 chain installed. The ECU and accompanied up-map improved the poor stock fueling while the new drivetrain helped smooth it all out. I really like the power delivery, it works well up on the canyon roads that I ride. A compromise of sorts (good grunt, not snatchy, comfy in 5th when needed) but happy with the performance.
