My insurance recently did an estimate on my bike for damages and for my panigale they listed down as needing replacement the following

LT CLUTCH COVER 24321343A

I looked up that part and its what I thought it was, but my bike went down on the left side. why would they be replacing my clutch cover. I'm confused. And what does LT stand for ?? can't be left clutch cover.... clutch is on the right ?? ahhh i'm confused

Don't rely on an insurance company to know their ass from their elbow. They most likely meant the alternator cover, assuming they are aware the bike even has one. Having said that, the alternator cover is fairly well concealed behind the left hand fairing, so the damage must be minimal, which I am assuming of course, without the benefit of photos. Chances are they don't know which side the clutch is on, so clarify it with them. In any case the dealer will know what is what, despite the insurer's misgivings.

thats what I thought..... so I probably mest up the alternator cover then behind the left fairing.....

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO MAKES LOWER CLAMP FOR THE BASE PANIGALE FORKS. I only see upper clamps from brands like DucaBike.
