Akshuneer, I have both.
Got the 'R' screen abt 4 months back. It is definitely taller and offer more wind protection than the standard screen but not nearly enough (crouching all the way to the tank, half my helmet is still poking above the 'R' screen. Wind buffeting can be quite unsettling above 260kph (160mph). An advantage over the ZG is it flexes more (many just call it flimsy), this allows you to still fold the mirrors upwards (as the mirror anchors will hit any screen taller than the stock ones when folding).
I then got the ZG Corsa. It is slightly taller than the 'R', which allows the rider to hide more behind its slipstream for better wind protection. Just have to be gentler when folding the mirrors though (that's assuming you would stick to stock mirrors). No regrets, good stuff from ZG.
