great shot. watch for the road bike peeps in the tunnels.

brp is now open from cherokee to soco....i hope they laid down a fresh top coat.

thanks for the heads up.... the 'UFN' tag on that section had me perplexed when it was closed but it showed open this morning. black clouds everywhere but i got 3 hours in on foothills. only a grom and a couple harleys.

bled the clutch and rear brake and getting ready to adjust the chain. clicked over 5300 miles today.

I rode it on March 26th and it was the same as always. Then they closed it for the cold snap last week and just reopened it.

About 15 or so years ago, the pavement was fresh and not chip sealed. Then they chip-sealed it maybe 4 or 5 years ago. The section from Soco towards Asheville is still the best portion around here. On a weekday evening around 7 pm there’s no one up there. It’s blissful.

The gate was open for the brp in Cherokee but rolled over to the Skyway. Helped some sad kid pick his new yamaha out of the dirt.

Fuel in Robbinsville went up 50 cents a gallon from last Sunday.

nice shot. how are the adjustments going?

Great riding weather this past week.

heading to Greenville SC via brp and 276 for my annual Saturday.

The adjustments to the suspension are confusing to me. I plan to spend more time trying to figure it out this weekend.

I did add the heat shielding and new grips this past week.
