Thursdays 'home before dark' ride. Passed the ranger 5 miles in so I got to turn it up.a notch.

Super light traffic so I took the gnarly 8 mile section along the river where tourist peeps cross the line frequently ..... especially duallys.

Nice! I’m trying to decide where to ride later today myself in WNC. Gas is still a little hit or miss around here when filling up last night.

co-op imposed a 50 dollar limit but the kid in the booth is too busy playing candy crush. i went way over but, not to be a ...., i didn't fill the second jug.

picked up my tag renewal yesterday so kinda a birthday.

great shots man.

the clouds are my side!! Three inches at my house. (When it pours, I crank up the stereo loud)

I'll ride on Monday when the tourists leave

Nice pix guys.

RAIN 4eva on this side but burned a tank Saturday morning.

The first true warm day so enough heat to scrub off more of the side lettering on the back tire. Love these tires.

Burn two tanks yesterday running over to Brevard and back. The mid seventies above 5k so super nice. It has rained for seven days every afternoon.

Some dribble in the center of my lane coming up from Cherokee so oil or atf...coolant or power steering fluid is usually off center but all make a tighter line.

The fuel light came on two miles from home....perfect.

Yesterday, I ran from Balsam Gap to the BRP to 215, down to Brevard, over to 276, up to the BRP and back to home. Sorry I missed you!

I'll give you a shout next time...traffic sucked so bad over the mountain, the ball roasting dial hit 225. It's pointless to pass one on the TN side of 441 when there are 50 more pokin' along right in front of them. On Blue Ridge, most peeps are courteous to pull into an overlook to let you by.

Did you see the 'yota stuffed in the thicket at Pisgah? Poor dude. The crash truck was there so I kept 50ish until i passed the ranger.

It kinda looks like you would need to top off at tunnel rd/ biltmore to make it to burnsville east of spruce pine for a shell station. Banner Elk may be too far.

Didn’t see a wreck yesterday but saw an injured bicyclist inside Pinnacle Tunnel. The traffic sucked on 276. I turned left (south) and missed the Pisgah Inn.

I just came back from an evening ride. Here’s a pic from Cowee Mountain Overlook.
