Why didn't anyone mention how how these things get? JK, I knew that but damn does it burn the crap out of your legs. I did get the full effect though as I was stuck in traffic in 100 degree outside temp. Bike temp got to 220 at one point.

This thing is awesome. Only have 20 miles on it as I have some honey do's to perform around the house.

Got the carbon shock guard and the comfort seat fitted. The full system will be installed at the 600 mile service. Have to take the wife for a ride that's why the passenger seat and pegs are fitted.

Leaving the dealer:

I'm jealous, nice ride.
Oh... and leather pants will reduce the heat issue drastically ;)

I plan on getting some but for commuting to work on fridays when I can wear jeans could be interesting in the summer.
Sounds like you have the same uniform policy as we do.
Leave a pair of jeans at work and change once you get there....problem solved:D

Good call on the comfort seat, I'm looking to pick one up too as my 150 mile ride home had me hurting!

From all the years of racing I learned to dress for the crash and not for the ride.
For leasure rides it's full suit and utility rides it's at the very least armoured jeans (the expensive sort).
One can always wear a little rucksack with shorts and Pumas.

+1 , crashed with leathers twice, no injuries or lasting scars

CONGRATULATIONS !!! May I ask when you put your original deposit down ?

Congrats, looks cool. Question how tall are you? Do ou tuck in behind screen ok? Damn the bikes look small.

why are they setting the suspension to P for one up riding? Manual says F flat for solo which is the only riding the bike will get as no rear pegs will be installed

Chris

Because everyone is saying the F setting is hard as hell.
