Power moved up on the 1103 by about 500 rpm. Converter got bigger. I wonder if they've put the R throttle bodies (56 vs 52) on the new 1103 bikes.

How they have massacred my girl :(

Agree. Compared to my '21 model (with wings removed) it looks ... well as if it is trying to be something it is not. But I will let it grown on me. (Because, after all it is a Ducati)

Time to sell V4R and place an order for V4 base ? @spooky

I’m really enjoying my R.

I’ve no objection to a DSSA though, although I’d have thought it makes more sense on the R and the other bikes can keep the SSSA to look pretty.

I get the attraction of a base model with lots of upgrades now though. It’s a far more sensible way to go for a track bike.

Initial thoughts on this are that it looked more like a Supersport than a Panigale but I’m sure it will look better once we see more of it. The internet will for sure have a meltdown over the loss of the SSSA though. 🤣

It looks different but it is still a beautiful bike. Just less aggressive than what we’re used to. I’m excited to see what they do with the new R model

Awesome bike and good looking too, when the time comes I will get the base then rinse and repeat with the usual upgrades OR NOT!

I like the new dash layout. Bigger screen as well. How the mirrors attach looks a bit goofy. They now offer a TPMS system as a $490 add-on. The biggest fuckery is the $330 add on for cruise control.

Good video.

Updated dash looks great, looks like they have updated the data logging (note that brake data was showing in the dash), lights look a bit like the old ‘alien’ style, wheels look cool. I think the tank looks good as well. Akrapovic wheelbarrow exhaust sits nearer the tail. Nice that they’ve got rid of the bit that connects the side fairing to the side of the tank. I think maybe the key to the tail unit is at the back of the seat instead of under the tail unit? Good idea if that’s correct.

I like it. Not sure it looks better than the current generation and I still think it looks a little bit more Supersport than Panigale, but I don’t doubt it will be great.

So a new base v4 is £24395 + £7500 exhaust and £750 for the belly pan to house it, add a £3500 dry clutch for the track and the base bike just cost you

ouch!
