Pre delivery. Who is going to do their own?

I've asked 'my guy' to let me know when the bike arrives.

I'm taking a day off work.
I'm going to be there for the un-crating, and take part in PDing the bike.
I'm also going to get right on that ....... and have the first service ready in a couple of days.

Anyone else this obsessed / excited?
Or do I have too much time on my hands?

Hmmmm, surprised they'll let you do that. Any real shop/dealership doesn't allow customers in for insurance purposes

I would like to do the same but I think frosty is right, most shops won't allow you in their workshop for liability reasons...

My friend works at my dealer, he already offered to take pics of the whole process for me.

I am pretty lucky as I can pretty much do whatever I like with my bike......but if all the parts arrive before the bike it will be coming apart, not going together
