Removing dry mud from radiator

Guys,

Lately, my V2 is heating up a lot. When I checked the radiator I found a lot of mud. Question-How to clean the radiator without damaging the fin?
 
I sliced old credit cards into strips after using the shop vac, compressed air and water in a spray bottle. It takes a while.
