Reverse shifting (gp shifter)

anybody else tried this? i was able to convert it with no extra hardware. ill try it tomorrow.

Its even easier if you run a different sensor such as Cordona or Translogic much smaller then the OEM clunker.

Yeah they are junk the factory uses a micro switch. No comparison to a strain guage sensor such as Cordona.

I purchased a DP GP shift rod for my 899 I didn’t know I could flip the stock one

For me it works fine
But I have never tried anything better
So maybe I don’t know what I’m missing

Me too, stock is fine for what I do, to the OP make sure you swap the wires over if you flip the shift rod 180
