Smokey mountain I think is Indian reservation maybe that was it. federal and tribal police had them detained
 
When you go to a Summary, General, or Special Courts Martial the outcome is a felony. Period. Unless you aren't convicted which in my 21 years in the Army I know personally of one acquittal but read about a few in the early days of Iraqi Freedom and OEF in A-Stan (2003-2005 or so)

That guy is a POS. He sucked as a Soldier and is a Felon who molested kids? Beat his GF/ Wife? .... that guy.

But as bp_SFV4 pointed out, he probably has work here or there. But his time is real short playing these games.

Just noticed he has a USMC Eagle Globe and Anchor medallion on his gas tank in the last vid of him crashing.
 
Don’t forget the Max/Two Wheel Jesus crash. That’s probably the worst of all. Wonder how that guy is doing
 
This dude is a .... and anytime you click on his videos, you're supporting him. Dude needs to f off, and shame on anyone that actually supports/enjoys his lackluster entertainment crash videos.
