I would much rather it be hot outside than cold as hell.. I was brought up on the coast We only have three seasons...Hot - Damn Hot and Cold and drizzly LOL * Cold to me is 50 degrees

I cannot handle cold weather.. Plus with the hot weather at least you get good traction.. Motorcycles and cold icy roads are NOT a good mix..

I love the sun, Track days Riding the hill country twisties with my friends Surfing, water skiing, Golf and fishing etc. and anything else that gets me outdoors.

You Yankees can have that cold icy weather... My blood is too thin and I can't handle it

I ride as long as their is no ice or snow on the roadways.. The other day it was -5.. Traction was good with the M7RR now if I still have the SC's on I probably wouldnt have taken the bike out. But its still fun and at least on the Pani my ... and thighs stay warm, when your hands get cold put them under your seat for a few seconds and nice and toasty again..

Move to Hawaii

Every time I go through Houston or Dallas I hate it more. Urban sprawl, generally flat and ugly, and it's almost always super hot and humid

Texas could be in serious trouble with oil prices cratering

I like a little cold weather once in awhile, I get sick of that hot and humid ....

That said....the power the bike makes at 60F versus 85F is pretty noticeable. I might have to try commuting on one of those freezing 40 degree days this winter.

Absolutely huge difference IMO between 85 and 60... On a normal day in Orlando (92 with 50% humidity) the bike is fast and will come up in second lightly. Below 70 and it comes straight back in second and will float the front in third no problem.
