Honestly, if I had to choose one person and one person only to throw the whole season at, it would probably be Pedrosa. But if I ended up with Rossi, Marquez, or even Lorenzo (who I really don't like, but not because I think he's no good, I know he's an amazing rider, I just get a bad vibe from him haha), if I ended up with any of those 4 I definitely wouldn't complain, I'd feel pretty optimistic. Call my crazy

interesting i forgot to say all things being equal. this is all hypothetical obviously because they would never agree to like a world baseball classic where everyone road the same exact bike. I would take marquez but wouldnt mind spies stoner rossi or lorenzo. from what i hear rossi is great to his fans but his fans are like jet fans here in ny. they just talk.

Yes, the Ducati riders all make me very sad - good riders who just seem to be struggling. Hayden makes me most sad of all, almost as if he's an old dog who has just given up and is just waiting to die/retire lol. I still have a small wish in the back of my mind that he would break out and all of a sudden do really well!!!

lol yes, that would be interesting if they were all on the same bike, but are you talking as if we can choose from any rider in history?? You know

Stoner is retired right?

We've got to not like Mark now. Like you pointed out, Stoner is gone and Spies won't do anything this season so by process of elimination that makes him a Lorenzo fan!

Hahahaha, it's true, he's been trying to slip it in this whole time! So sneaky but it won't work! You can't hate on Rossi or talk up Spies all you want, but as soon as you are ok with Lorenzo - you're out!!! lol

I can't wait to see all that gloss carbon fiber next to a fluorescent number 46! We can do a forum poll to pick the paint job! I should have thrown in "if he gets second you have to have 'The Doctor' embroidered on the ass of every pair of pants you own".

yes i know he is retired. he made some good quotes and a good rivalry with rossi. he may race 2 or 3 as a wild card this year who knows. as for the rest lets just hope i dont have to buy a 46 monster hat and wear it all next year. i like marquez a lot. would love to see a rookie win the whole thing. i really like spies and hayden cause they are american but neither have a shot. just hope its a good season

i didnt say i would paint my bike however if i have a good year in the market maybe pick up an 09 or 10 r1 rossi graphics so i can crash it on the track lol

Two things. 1) you won't have a good year in the market (that's not possible) and 2) I think your mouth got you in trouble and painting your bike is a really good possibility. We, the forum members, will accept placing "The Doctor" on the butt of every pair of pants you own for one year coupled with the 46 hat and helmet as a substitute if you really don't want to paint the bike.

Yeah, sorry I missed you guys. I was playing golf the day that Gunny had his carbon fiber party. We'll do it again soon though. Tell you what, we'll settle for you buying the Oilquarium and etching Rossi's face in the plexiglass. How's that?

If he's not gonna upgrade all his pants with "The Doctor" then at the very least, along with the hat, he has to change his forum picture to Rossi on the podium.

Compromise - you buy the donkey helmet and have to sell ALL your other helmets! Besides, it fits...anybody claiming to be a Lorenzo fan is an el sumer in my book.
