for the required 15 Nm on the bolts, i guess if you can work with it from an aesthetical standpoint, i would ship these out ...

alright, i will prepare the shipments tonight.
coming along with the spare washers for the drain plug and the replacements for the M2.5 threads.


now i know why you gave up on the taillight... (even for different reasons)

Agree, the tall hex key bolts (with longer shaft length) will work in replacement of the 4 standard hex bolts; and is aesthetically fine for me.

EDIT: and just to confirm, all 4 bolts I received for horizontal cyl head are m2.5

I can confirm on mine that stock is M4. The ti ones I received are cut to M3.

Phl measuring the inner hole with calipers I was at 2.49 mm. Went to the hardware store to try some screws and it was M3 screws that fit. I haven't torn mine apart to do this yet but the screws that came of smokedu's 2015 are M4 and to big to fit in these.




 
ok, update here.

the ones with the 2.5mm thread have been sorted out. first shipments for the correct ones are going out.


can anyone else confirm the M4 threads on theirs?

i would like to pair shipping with the longer bolts.

Horizontal cylinder head outer bolt, would this be m4?

Horizontal cylinder head cover bolt, 2.5mm opening...would this imply it is for an m3 bolt taking into account the thread depth?

Yes I measured 2.5 and it was an M3 screw that fit.
 
Looking for an update as well. I have not received mine and no update via email either.
