Ok, I know we do not have a service manual but I refused to pay the high price to check a few bolts. So....I need to know if anyone has an older manual that has torque values for the following items. Probably a good sticky for others if we can all team up on the values:
Clutch cover - 10nm (7 lbs ft)
Front Brake Calipers - 30nm (22 lbs ft)
Rear Disk Carrier tension -
Rear Hub Pinch bolt tension - 35nm (26 lbs ft)
Front wheel nut tension -80nm (60 lbs ft)
Front Pinch bolt tension - 15nm (11 lbs ft)
Rear wheel nut tension - 220nm (162 lbs ft)
Secondary drive front sprocket tension -
Secondary drive rear sprocket nut tension -
Frame to Engine bolt tension -
Side Stand bolt tension -
Idle RPM - 1800??
