So just as I'm manoeuvring through a tight gap in moving traffic, cutting round the inside......bike stalls as I pull in the clutch!

I know various others have experienced this so not news but my bike has done 12,000km and had all maps and fixes so its disappointing that this still happens periodically and without warning. It happened for the first time when the bike was new.

Problem fixed

Long story short, my stalling problem has been fixed. The problem was the A/F Ratio & TPS were out of whack. The dealer reset both on the DDS and now my bike is running perfectly and with the latest upmap in place. It took about a week for the dealer (and several tech rides) to duplicate the problem. After receiving direction from Ducati they reset the A/F ratio and TPS. They're not sure how these items got out of whack, but they're fixed now. Ducati also advised that I let the bike idle at a stand still for 20 to 30 sec at the end of each ride if possible. This will allow the ECU to reset all of the sensors (and A/F ratio) automatically and will make restarts much easier.

.....LOL's....honestly......this has been happening since the early days of the 916 that i can attest to....earlier than that you'll need to talk to 888, and 851 owners.... :)
