Full GP circuit too, not just the north or south half. Did the international (South) circuit on my Daytona 675 a year or two ago, but the full circuit should be real fun - fast and flowing.

Picked up the postcard invite and looked at it again today
Then I told myself stop spending use restraint
I don't even have leather suit just leather trousers and jacket if they would even zip together!!
But would love to I will go buy lottery ticket on way to work tonight see you there if I win!
You using there bike? I would never use mine for fear of wrecking it

Nope, using my own, after all that's what it's designed for and you don't need to buy a lottery ticket, you already hit jackpot, you have a Panigale!

Go on you know it makes sense :)

Seriously though, if your leathers have a full zip you'll be fine, or you can rent a set from California Superbike. You'd be fine in novice group if you've never been on track before and there are plenty of people on hand to show you the ropes. Lynne at CSS told me most of the bookings are in the novice group so you'd be in good company.

I might come down weather permitting!

Just got back from Donington yesterday and man I am knackered. I do not fancy another track day at this moment in time but it may change in a few days when I recover fully.

The thing with Silverstone is that it is really hard on your bike. It is an F1 circuit after all, I just do not want to knacker the engine. It was leaking oil in Donington, not sure what will happen in Silverstone lol.

Il be at Silverstone for the Ducati/CSS trackday, with a few of my mates on 848 Evos & a carbon 749. Just got back last week from Silverstone and I bloody love it! Iv taken the Pani there plenty of times and the bikes well suited for that track. :D

Who did you book it through Pumpdad?

You can book direct via CaliforniaSuperBikeSchool, but I doubt there will be spaces left. Id give them a call and enquire. Heard that Chaz & Davide will be there on the WSB spec Pani

I will give them a call first thing Monday morning - not sure what the weather will be like by then, fingers crossed.

So how many of you attended this Ducati/CSS event? Had an amazing time, nothing but 1199s & DD16s on track all day long :D. Hope the guys that stacked their pride & joys were none of you on here

Pictures? or it never happened lol.

I called them for a booking and I was told there were no spaces left - gutted :(

I heard there were Superleggeras there too, how was the day altogether?

It was an awsome experience, with A sea of red wherever you looked! There were 3 SLs that I picked up on,even though they werent being ridden like they should be (but do you blame the owners!),and 6 or 7 Desmos being abused.

Nearly every session was red flagged due to Panis or 1198s going down, the guy on a Tricolore in the garage next to mine totally wrote his off after having his brake pads pushed back into the calipers, running out of track at the pit straight. I rode past with the thing on fire!

Even with a ton of traffic I managed to shave time off my pb, getting into the low 2.24s which was my highlight of the day. Roll on next year
