SLR Tuning

I currently have a upmap on my 22 v4. While it has been trouble free, I feel like it lacks power. I started with the brentune on it, and then added exhaust and had them remap it. In stock configuation, it was great. The moment I had to remap for exhaust adds, it really fell off. In the 2k-8k range it is dead. No power, bogs, and seems to be really starved for fuel. It has been pretty horrible in the low end since re-installation. On the flip side, I have it on my 22 s1kRR as well, and it is perfect. I have been in contact with Frank today, and I think I am going to give SLR a go. I didn't want to take it and get dyno'd as I wont have the ability to flip it back if I have warranty issues. I will let you know as soon as I have the SLR on it. Hope I have better luck with it then I have btmoto.

Yes please let me know! Since the riding season is almost done here in Wisconsin, I won't spend the money for the SLR tune until next season, but my 20 panigale v4s had similar issues, there was nothing between like 3k and 8k then it would pick up like a rocket above 8k. I have had numerous emails with Brentune and they sent me two test maps what slightly helped the issues but did not get rid of them. For $1200 total between the stage one and two flash from BT I was severely disappointed. Lucky they did offer me a full refund. On a side note, does anyone else bike seem to have a weird idle? It will raise and lower between 2k and 1500 rpms until the bike is warm. That doesn't seem normal but it happens with both the BT flash and the t800 upmap

No Refund offer here from Bren. I would be absolutely happy if they did.

What settings do you have the electronic aids in?

I usually keep the bike in race mode, with wheelie control off, dtc at 5 ebc at 1

The DTC is probably causing your problem. I had the same/similar issue. Bike was jerky and bizarre, very hard to ride. Open the throttle out of a corner, not much would happen, then it would suddenly give full power.
Try DTC on level 1 or 2. It still gives loads of TC. Anything over 2 is for riding on ice or on wet grass, it's very poorly configured. Even the wet settings are way too intrusive. I use setting four in the rain.

I've have the dtc off and the result was the same
