I currently have a upmap on my 22 v4. While it has been trouble free, I feel like it lacks power. I started with the brentune on it, and then added exhaust and had them remap it. In stock configuation, it was great. The moment I had to remap for exhaust adds, it really fell off. In the 2k-8k range it is dead. No power, bogs, and seems to be really starved for fuel. It has been pretty horrible in the low end since re-installation. On the flip side, I have it on my 22 s1kRR as well, and it is perfect. I have been in contact with Frank today, and I think I am going to give SLR a go. I didn't want to take it and get dyno'd as I wont have the ability to flip it back if I have warranty issues. I will let you know as soon as I have the SLR on it. Hope I have better luck with it then I have btmoto.
Yes please let me know! Since the riding season is almost done here in Wisconsin, I won't spend the money for the SLR tune until next season, but my 20 panigale v4s had similar issues, there was nothing between like 3k and 8k then it would pick up like a rocket above 8k. I have had numerous emails with Brentune and they sent me two test maps what slightly helped the issues but did not get rid of them. For $1200 total between the stage one and two flash from BT I was severely disappointed. Lucky they did offer me a full refund. On a side note, does anyone else bike seem to have a weird idle? It will raise and lower between 2k and 1500 rpms until the bike is warm. That doesn't seem normal but it happens with both the BT flash and the t800 upmap
