On an extended demo!! At first I wasn't loving it. But as I put more mileage on it, I am starting to love this bike.

Make sure you have all the recalls done. Once I had my aero recall taken care of the bike ran A LOT cooler. Granted, it's still hot as hell, but it won't kill you.

Supposedly all have been done on this bike.

What exactly is the aero recall? My bike cooks my legs in traffic, but engine temps are normal. I think all the recalls have been done on my bike. I bought it in June and dealer said no recalls needed for the bike. At 600 mile service just an oil change and ECU update.

What gear do you guys wear? With riding pants its there but not bad. With leather, its not an issue.

Then again, at 60 degrees and less, I'd be happy with more heat, to be honest. I got caught in full leathers at 55 degrees last night in pitch black back roads. not fun.

It was around 60F and full leathers. On fire!! Had to switch the bike off in traffic!

Crazy! What kind of traffic? Like sitting for 15 minutes no movement?

There was slow movement. Enjoyed the bike, but I have now returned it. Don't think it was for me. Might look at the Hypermotard SP again.

I wear leathers with a Dainese Aero base layer. No issues with my legs burning specifically. Yes, in hot weather you get hot if you're stopped...
