Also look into the product
"Wobenzyme N"

It's been used for major inflammation from fractures to sprains ....
..,,
I used it when I tore the ligaments in my lower back .,.,
It really speeds up the healing process by digesting the bodies production of fibrin

It's expensive but works..,
I always use it after strenuous workouts and trackdays

Yeah, 2 chicks, 8 years and 11 weeks. The big girl is 77 lb and the nicest boxer you will ever meet. The lil one we just got, she's a hoot.

True, have been neglecting this place a bit in the past months...

It might have the bromelain enzyme from pappya or pineapple ..

It mostly has A combination of systemic enzymes...

If that doesn't work the serrapeptase in the product "vitalzym" gives most likely the best over the counter defense to fibrin...
Unfortunately that product is even more expensive than Wobenzyme...
I used the vitalzym when I had s concussion and I started to feel so much better within days...

first link of the solo race on saturday: (might still be processing)

WERA solo race june 28 2014 LWT (16 laps) Barber #218 novice - YouTube

16 laps in the alabama heat. interestingly, my times got faster as the race proceeded, with the fastest in lap 16, although i felt i was letting off, resting more on the tank, braking less harder and rolling more nito the turns.

it was just awesome.

this, the saturday night celebration and the sunday morning soreness didn't help for the other three races, but hey, work hard, play hard :D

dammmmmnnnnnn. I feel your pain. I tore a bicep after a day of riding (mx). You get so relaxed after the pump all day that the body just gets stupid on you.... Hope you get better soon.

This may sound old fashioned, but I had a shin injury that would not go away. Good old soaking in Epson salts in hot water worked wonders on getting the swelling down after the initial 24-48 hours of ice, no heat.

How come boss wants to know if motorcycle related? Does your contract have a non-motorcycle disclaimer? :)

X-ray of the ankle showed solid bones. Applies pressure by hand from all sides doesn't hurt.
Conclusion: torn/snapped ligaments.

I am now resting, foot up, drugged up, dozing off every few minutes

Wife is getting the computer from work and the boss asked if it happened motorcycle related :D f course not ...;)

Well, he's our CEO, Mexican elite with German family, kinda snobbish, just got himself a boxster S, and sees riding motorcycles as a threat to his employees.

We have guys here riding their iron horses without helmet, I'm the atgatt type, barely riding
On the street any more.

He doesn't get it.

And since one of my developments is supposed to launch next year, I had to jump in because of a lack of project managers right now. If I'm out the project comes to a halt.
Not my problem though.

Always the way, clean days racing and a stupid injury doing a menial task, more risky walking around than racing a 200hp beast on the limit, hope it heals quickly, unlike mine ATM.

I feel your pain man. Crashed on my mountain bike last week had surgery Friday. Off all bikes for a couple of weeks. Heal up soon and congrats on the wins!
