The spark pipe is in the video also at the 1:12 mark. The video above is of the Akra system. Not sure how the sound bit correlates to the Spark system. Regardless, what does WSBK replica mean? It obviously isn't a replica of the pipe on the bike in the ad. That bike clearly has electronically activated servos and probably a few other mechanical differences that would have been tuned to the kit motors air management enhancement. so what has been replicated? the basic physical dimensions of the system? What about pipe diameter? Is it a different diameter than the "works" pipe? for a stock motor and with no servo control having a larger pipe isn't doing you any favors. Are there any actual specs on this pipe?
I really like the look of the spark silencers on the akra headers but just can't imagine how loud it would be then.
My point being, if the underslung exhaust was the optimum solution, it'd be used in MotoGP.
You kind of suspect it's underslung due to the aesthetic benefits, rather than performance.
Also, due to the larger fuel tank on the WSBK, they can't run underseat.
And, the Aprilia 1100 V4 makes more power than the Ducati 1100 V4, is that also exhaust design? Don't know.
