Hi team - I'm 6'4'' and it's all in my legs.

I'm wondering if any other big guys (or girls?) have figured out a solution for comfier street riding? I know taller seat, but hoping beyond that.

Are there any rearset / footpeg solutions that work well to LOWER and move the pegs back on the V4?

I'm not too overly concerned about grinding pegs on the street, and I use other bikes for the track.

Thanks,
Matt

I installed attack performance rearsets and i love them
I only do street as well
I actually have put them lower and more to the FRONT!

In the beginning, I had a lot of pressure on my wrists. I installed the attack ones, lower and more to the back. But I got actually more pressure on my wrists.
When moved more to the front, it was perfect.

Do you have an idea how much lower and how much back/forwards adjustability there is from the stock position?

So I did a bunch of research on this. It appears Attack rearsets have the most adjustability. From the stock footpeg position, they allow for approximately 1" in all directions (up,down, front, back).

Most of the rearsets for the v4 only allow for raising the footpegs, not lowering (even though it looks like they lower the attachment point from stock, most aftermarket rearsets have a fairly straight across bracket that the foot peg gets mounted to, vs the stock bracket that angles downward.

These are likely your best bet. For reference, I put 1" down adapter plates on my GSXR and although it did not look like much, the difference in comfort when touring was definitely noticeable.

Here is the response from Attack:

1) 12mm up
2) 24mm down
3) 12mm Forward
4) 24mm Rearward

FYI these are the largest adjustable range rearset kit for the Ducati V4 on the market. In addition if you were to switch the left and right peg holders because they are orientated down in their standard positions they would then be up so you would have an additional 28mm up to which you could fine tune the upward position, by going back down on the main bracket grid.

1" that's it?
Damn, $800 for 1"

What about pegs that sit lower?
On my hayabusa we could use triumph pegs and get 1" lower for about $50
