after Installing the Termignoni T800 UpMap my bike quickshifter is not smooth when using the quickshifter from 1st gear to 2nd gear and 2nd gear to 3. Bike has arrow slip on. Anyone have this issue before?

i have one on the way so I dont but out of curiosity which map did you upload to it?

I have the same setup

t800 with termi slip on map NO BAFFLES

and arrow slip o

race filter

everything worked great from the start

2 weeks ago my battery went dead

anda charger saved it

went for a street ride and bike didnt feel as fast, and my gas Mileage improved alot

had a trackday yesterday, and was doing like 10 km/h less on the straight

also used just one fuel tank on 4 sessions, when i normally use a tank every 3 sessions, even through i was running my personal best times.

and got passed for the first time on the straight by a new s1000rr

Today i uploaded the map again to make sure everything works right again

had this same thing happen on an r6 with power commander and special map

fastest 600 on track, at léast on the straight, battery dead, and the edge was gone.

but never got to upload the map again before i sold it

Did a map reload fix the issue on your V4? A dead battery in no way should affect the upmap tune in the ecu. The only thing it could to are wipe out the fuel learns and it may take time for the ecu to relearn those.

I had the exact problem with my 19 v4s. Not happy at all with the upmap.

Just reloaded the map today

will ride it néxt weekend to see if it is back to normal

When TERMI T800's ECU map is introduced, the cutoff time on upshift is longer than STOCK for some reason. No matter which MAP you use. The ECU mapping itself is excellent, but the Quick shifter is ..... Either rewrite the BBS that controls the cutoff time and the DTC (e.g. DTC EVO2.) or go back to STOCK and the QuickShifter's frustration will be gone.

Wow good to know, I was wondering which solution to go with, thinking of BrenTuning but then figured I didn’t want to deal with getting a windows based computer to upload it and it’s only a slip on so thought the t800 would be good enough.... what other solutions are there? I guess BrenTuning it is

You could ask your dealer nicely to throw the Akra slipon map in the ECU for you. They may do it if you have a good relationship with them and they can get the key separate from the Akra slipons

I sure home the upmap doesn't mess with the quickshifter times. I'm getting the evo2 on the bike. If the upmap overwrites the evo2 DQS settings I will not be happy. I wonder if upmap will confirm what they change if I ask them?

I upload the Termi slip on with no baffles and yes you need a battery tender when you install the upmap your fan will be turn on during the install

i upload the Termi slip on with no baffles. Quick shifter problem fixed. recalibrate your tire after the install make sure to plug a battery tender during the upload.

Do you remove the module after installing the up-map or is it necessary to have it connected? I have a DDA+GPS kit that will need to be plugged into the same connector. How do you work around it?
