My 1st posting here... thanks for having me! I'm about to pay the deposit on a new Streetfighter V4S that will only arrive here at the end of July. So not a single one here to test yet. I am urgently wanting to know if the fueling has been sorted out on the V4S? My 2016 XDiavel has poor fueling especially in traffic / slower riding situations. The throttle is snatchy and unpleasant when compared to my 2019 Super Duke R. Is the V4S a smooth ride in slower conditions?? Regards!

Welcome! I'm still waiting on mine to get here myself, and the anticipation is a bugger! My SuperSport was similar, but it wasn't really the fueling that seemed to be the issue but the throttle itself. If I recall there was a spacer someone made that apparently had a pretty profound effect, but I never did bother trying it myself. I had sent my ECU out to Rexxer to get flashed and tuned and though the bike ran better for sure, the PITA throttle didn't change a bit.

Welcome TwoWheels,
I'm waiting as well, should be between 4-6 weeks away here Down Under, where are you

Heard any more Chill? I last heard from the stealership July

I just spoke to my dealer and he said all of the pre-order standard models will be at the dealerships this month. I ordered mine back in November, so I'll get my bike this first round but he told me that the next round of all models or S models - I don't recall if he specified which - were due to arrive in mid July. He had mentioned that someone backed out on his S model for July delivery, so I guess the next round of late-order S's will be here in about a month.

I got notification from the dealer this morning that I indeed do not have a bike on its way. My option to buy has not expired as it was issued yesterday but someone came with a cash deposite and therefore that person gets the bike... The option to buy quote clearly gave me 3 days to pay the deposite. Very unprofessional I think and can be challenged.

Thanks Chill, it's been a long wait but not long now.

Well that's pretty lousy. If you were in the states I'd have a lead for you, but not sure there will be any floor room SF's in the near future.

I can say from personally riding the bike. It does have choppy throttle sub 25mph. My V2 does also. With a tune Id bet it will fix that. I canceled my order for other reasons and went with the v2. My dealer here took my preorder and deposit January. They delivered it end of April but I ended up going with the V2.

Hope yours gets there soon

It seems that after challenging the procedure I could get the dealer's decision reversed .... I hope so!
