Thanks Phil. I have kept an eye on that thread, wasn't trying to put you on the spot with any manufacturers, just asking about your experiences with Tuneboy, I'm particularly interested in improving the low to mid range and wanted to see how you were getting on in that area. ;)

I have TB with stock exhaust and air filter...Without any dyno results to back it only seat of pants...The low to mid range is slightly better, but only slightly as with most piggyback ECU's etc without exhaust modifications. Also remember that the trim files is only for <40% throttle opening. More tuning or a 100% throttle opening trim file would be required.

The big change on the last trim file update was the quickshifter timing, which was apparent immediately.

I can do that. Tomorrow night.

took a quick shot this morning on the way out... this is not the install, just how to change the maps.

2 minutes, not good quality (phone/screen) ...

if you do the install, just make sure you have the activation code (user ID and password) to start the process. also i recommend using the USB cable, all attempts with wifi failed.

the tutorial is pretty spot on, and i can't capture this part again on video, since it has been done already...

bottom line, it needs some time getting into it, but once learned it's pretty easy.

i always switch it back to the stock map when bringing it to the dealer (and leave the modded cans on), last time the mechanic said, he wants to ride it with the TB map and also try out the cruise control... :D
