Afternoon,
Apologies for it not being Ducati related, however. Yesterday was spent at the epicness that is snetterton, thrashing the arse of the trumpet. I have never had wear like this on a tyre ever. There was no suspension guru there yesterday which did not help. Granted I have been getting faster and faster as of late. Been nudging 2:19-2-25 depending on treaffic. I was a 2:50 last year!
Tyre is a supercorsa SP. no tyre warmers. I run the first lap easy then speed up. Air temp was 19 deg C, cold pressure was 28 psi. Hot was 35. Psi. This seemed ok but was still wearing like this. As the air temp rose 22-25 ish and I was getting faster the wear was getting worse. I dropped the hot temp down to 30 psi and was still no different. Any ideas? Is it pressure related, suspension or both. I do realise my arse needs to lose a few pounds though! Apologies for multiple pics as I cant seem to up load multiple ones.
Cheers
