Upmap install issue

Hi,

I'm looking for some input in regards to installing a full up termi exhaust up map onto my 1199 base. I bought the full exhaust about a year and half ago and never got to install it until this weekend. I have the full exhaust installed and when I try to install the up map - I get a message saying 'DOWNLOAD ABORTED". Any idea why this is happening ? For reference the bike is a 2012 1199 base and the up map is 96524311B. What does this error mean ?

Did you buy the Full termi used?

i bought a second hand upmap stick on the forum and experienced the same problem. Took it to the dealer and they told me the upmap stick has already been used. I notified the seller and he was nice enough to give me a refund.

I bought it so long ago that I doubt i'll get a refund.

I'm guessing the up map is pretty useless now ?

The only way you can re use a upmap is when the original owner downgrades his map back to stock.

hmm, just curious if anyone has used the UP010571. I heard termignoni sells a map as well ?

you need the MAP device to connect to it

This link seems just to be for cables used to connect a T800 unit to the panigale.

Termignini sells a T800 unit that can be used for remapping bikes and when you buy the unit first map is free and then ~100 EUR/map if further maps are needed...
