Well.. my first 50mi were on track @ COTA. Then just at different tracks ever since. I took it relatively easy the first 100mi or so. Kept it 2-3k under redline.. ;)

Break in is too much important about motorbike engine life. I just finished one, and getting into the second one, but respecting the factory recomandations.
 
I am also for respecting factory recommendations. :) it just makes me feel better. This is a decision one needs to make.
 
I hear the best way to break in the engine is doing heat cycles...
