I meant the braking performance. Is it nticeably different ?I think T Rotors are lighter actually.

Stock rotor weight is 1320grams
320mm T-drive- 1484grams
330mm T-drive-1571 grams

I really haven't put them to test at the track so I can't really say how they compare to the stock 330mm rotors, they do have a few less lightening holes. I doubt you would notice much difference. Changing the caliper and master cylinder is where you get noticeable improvements in braking, I'm awaiting GP4-MS due to be released September.

The stock filter is a sprint P08 and flows 5050 liters per meter square

The sprint F1-85 flows 15000 liters per meter square

Thanks! :)

I've got the full akra on mine, wonder if it's worth me upgrading to the F1-85:confused:

What is the expected price for GP4-MS?

EK 520gp 3D chain= 1 pound less than stock regina 520 chain
AEM quick change sprocket carrier/flange with Ti cush drive and Ti bolts/nuts and cnc alum wheel nut= 2 pounds less
Superlight front sprocket only 1oz less but can safety wire
Kept stock 15/42 ratio

Finally braved the brake line spaghetti and bypassed the ABS system with Fren Tubo carbon line kit and a rear reservoir delete. Went with Endless Racing Brake fluid over the Castrol Racing which supposedly will have better feel. Besides trying to figure out upper fairing removal which was different, was easier than 1199 and took off 3 pounds but still had to leave the abs unit. Making Brake Feel Great Again.

Hi Keith,

I’m considering doing this too. Are you getting any errors on the dash? How did you cal off the ABS unit?

Also, can you confirm that stock gearing is 520 15/42. Sprocket Center lists the V4 (I know non R) as 525 15/41.

I was concerned since you can no longer turn abs fully off like the 1199, I did turn it to the lowest setting- abs front only. I got no errors at all after riding it last night.

The stock R gearing is 15/42 520 and I kept the same ratio's.

Weighed the bike with full tank and its at 418 pounds now.

Sorry for all the questions, I’m considering the shock swap also. Is it pretty easy to swap out? Or was it involved and you had to remove the exhaust header.

I would look at my bike, but I’m at the airport in Austin coming home from MotoGP.

No prob, I post my stuff in case it helps anyone.
It's super easy, just two bolts for the shock itself. You will have to support the rear of the bike and drop the swingarm down. I just bought two 3" long bolts I could thread into the unused rearset peg mount locations then lowered the bolts onto jack stands, then lowered the swingarm stand.

Just installed Sicom rear brake rotor, stock rotor was 2 pounds 3.3oz, sicom was 13oz. Tossed in Proti ti pinch bolts, caliper bolts while I was down there.
