Got through a track day with that exhaust? Do you know what Db level it puts out? that's one of the things that was keeping me from this exhaust.
 
They say 108DB but I think that's wrong. I was flagged at Jennings on an RC51 with Ladybirds with 60mm outlets. I was around 104-106 DB they said. I honestly think this exhaust is about 101-102DB. When I do a track day at Jennings with this exhaust I'll let you know if I get Black Flagged again

Thanks, and ya I always short shift at Jennings coming down the front straight when I don't have my silencers in.

Agree with jackgraves, 108 seems is too high.

I have a buddy with a db meter, what RPMs would should I measure?

I would think somewhere in the higher rpms before redline. that would mimic coming down the straight.
 
There is a dB meter smartphone app that is pretty accurate. I've used it at work and compared with a real meter. That would be a good way to test at home before going to a TD and getting black flagged.

I just wear earplugs all the time. I never really noticed how loud the Vandemon system is. It's sounds loud but I've never ridden it with out Plugs [emoji23]

Is there any reprieve from the under-seat heat of the stock exhaust? It looks like there would be without the toilet bowl under the seat...
