I just did a final touch on both bikes for 2-day race school and loaded the bikes onto my Benz Sprinter.

^ they are a beauty. Love it.

This is definitely in my future to do mod list.

Thanks Mate I'm very happy with the stuff I bought from the Nicest forum member.

Just waiting for the GP Chain Gold/Black and front AFAM Superlite Sprocket.

Very nice that's the best way to do all the Conversion at once not an easy task.

Can you brief me on the "520" chain and sprocket and it's different in stock? I have 2015 panigale R, is this for my bike also?

Thinner chain and lighter sprockets. The AFAM kit is nice because it allows for quick sprocket changes. This is the route that I went. Best mod under $500 in my opinion.

Mine is an R as well also fits regular 1199 and 1299. AEM Sprockets are no compatible with AFAM or viceversa. I had to get the special ERGAL which is Aluminum with Zinc to fit my AEM quick disconnect.

I agree with you but the CNC Titanium hub is not cheap the 1199 an 1299 version like mine retails for $980. Plus carrier, sprockets and Chain.

I'm familiar with the CNC Ti hub. I was answering his question in reference to a 520 chain and sprocket kit.

I want to say I was all in around $400 for the full AFAM quick change kit with D.I.D. chain.

So I loaded up the van and moved to Beverly.
Hills that is...swimming pools, movie stars.

Just kidding. I think I just dated myself. Yeah I'm old.

I actually took both bikes to Laguna Seca on Friday. Had an amazing day. Weather couldn't have been better. So much fun.

Bummer! That would have been cool to say hi. Met another cool dude from AZ while we were in track. Dicing back and forth we got stopped at the end of the session and asked to move up. So that was cool.

Any problems with the sound meters?

None. Made sure I was in 6th with the clutch pulled to be sure. The first A group out every one got popped. So you definitely have to play it cool going up the hill. One guy got asked to leave because he was apparently being a tool about it and riding wheelies up the hill like he had zero F's to give even after he was flagged about it.

How are you securing your bike in the van besides the sportchock?
