What is this???

Hey

Random noob question but when new the bike had this gel substance it the join on the suspension arm (The red circle in pic) but as its getting older its worn out.
What is the substance is it anything special? as I'd like to replace it.

Don't worry, it's just grease. As long as you are not planning um switching the suspension linkage- no need to re-grease.

If you search for "all torques" on this forum, you will find a list of all bolts, how strong thei need to be tightened and if they require grease , picture or nothing with it.
