Wish I would've known you guys wanted to go for a real ride. I could've shown you some great roads nearby.

I-35 is under construction 24/7 365. It's a way of life in TX. I avoid it at all costs.

No disrespect for the "weird" (as they call themselves) people who live there, but the freeway/road system in that city is just awful. I35 = a freeway within a freeway with confusing signs. No grid system to their roads that end up dead ending or going no where. No freeway expansion even though their population has doubled. Not to mention no lane splitting for the poor motorcyclists.

At least I live in the north part of Texas away from all the big city traffic and road problems. And it would be awesome if they would legalize lane splitting.
