It's not about us caring. War is just the excuse, or hunger, or any other problem, because Gov and politics is ONLY about stealing everyone's money. Certain politicians send a hundred billion to Ukraine, only because they know they will receive millions in hidden kickbacks. Because your normal person is, well, normal, they have feelings and they trust others quite easily. The politician, who by definition is simply one who is willing to murder others for their money, plays on the goodness of the average citizen - no matter what country they happen to be from, because we are all the same - and then we send out our money. Sure there are a few normal people in government, but that is not the name or purpose of the game. Yes, we had a bright spot in world history that lasted for a few years, this thing called the USA with its Declaration of Independence, but the people that play the simple game I explained above, murder for money, began moving in immediately, and now we have what we have. It's somewhat remarkable we have lasted this long.

It's definitely about money for Russia (and for Trump) and Putin's definitely got something on Trump. Sticking it to the West is no doubt a big motivation as well, both for maintaining his hold on power and also because it's just how he thinks, given his background

Unfortunately the current situation was encouraged by allowing Russia's prior annexations - those were a little test of the water and the EU and US proved themselves to be weak enough to make his invasion possible. He's not had the warm embrace that I believe he was expecting though.

And now Trump's withholding weapons and intelligence - he couldn't be helping Putin more. With allies like that...

You REALLY have no idea what goes on in a War. The Russians are bleeding the Ukrainians white. Simple as that. They are destroying the Fascist Ukrainian soldiers in detail, wiping out all the Pro-Nazi and Anti-Russians one by one, and eviscerating their population. It's not about territory, it's about punishing your enemy and wiping out the enemy. It's not about conquering Ukraine, but bringing them to HEEL, like the good little dog they should be. It's also about teaching those Pompous jerks in London and Pairs and Brussels (AND Washington) that Russia will fight, for as long as it takes, to make it's position very clear. A quick 6-month war would not achieve this, and the EU would be tempted to intervene and drag the US into it if Russia was too successful.

Russia has successfully withstood everything the EU and America can throw at it, and is much stronger and politically/financially capable than it was at the outset of this little parade. The West cannot say the same, and the EU is foundering and imploding due to it's foolishness and war mongering.

Russia wins. The EU, Ukraine, US all lose. Nuff said.

hp is a number, not a sound. If hp was a sound, YOU would have tons of it and it would not get you anywhere....
 
too many people in this thread buy into the US or the Russian propoganda. History is not that black and white and people need to learn critical thinking.

High compression which comes with high HP motors make them loud my friend. That's why them hardly abelsons are so quiet with open exhaust. As for me your insults are meaningless. You are simply a hypocrite. Do onto to others as long as it doesn't affect me. Right. Ultimately I find it sad because I don't find you stupid but your views on some stuff are so distorted I would not be capable of making you see what I think you should. Surprisingly we do agree on some stuff but less than I would hope. Ultimately maybe the big guy should chuck an asteroid at us to make us all understand we're in it together.

I realized your attempt at humor. Whether God exists is a debate not for here. That we should act as some of his "sons" have suggested is a good idea IMHO. I had a kid who worked for me who would always say when appropriate "there ain't no uhaul trailers behind the hearse. I see a life driven by greed as the ultimate failure. To end your life like Fat Donnie will, never having understood it's not all about himself is sorta incomprehensible to me.

The EU has outspent the US on support. Trump lies about 350 billion. The number isn't even half that.
 
The double speak and logical conundrums of MAGA are hilarious when it comes to how much has been spent on aid to Ukraine.

On one hand, MAGA says the US spent $350 billion on Ukraine, which is 100% false. On the other hand, they say there’s rampant fraud on this aid, which again is 100% false. There’s absolutely no evidence of either. It’s like they’re lying to prove a lie.

I stand corrected I missed that Kiel uses euros not dollars. 114B euros = $123B. Only problem is that the EU has still contributed more at 130B euros. Furthermore, $123B is a lot less than $350B that the Orange Turd is claiming

I never mentioned Trumps numbers, I was just calling out BS about the Euros spending more on Ukraine. My claim is that the EU should be doing the "heavy lifting" or the majority of defense for Europe. But he was conflating Ukraine aid and what I was saying which was defense spending. The US spends 3.4% of GDP on defense, most EU countries don't even come close.

Now you're changing the game... Your BS turns out to be not BS bc the Euros are spending more on Ukraine than the US. Also the US has always been spending more on defense than the EU bc the US is the global leader. The US sphere of influence is global (Russia, Middle East, Afghanistan, China are the big ones) whereas Europe only has to worry about Russia. But here's the actual numbers. They follow the same trend of decrease defense spending as %GDP.
