Worst track day experience today

However getting back to the story. One of my mates that came borrowed my 2015 BMW S1000R and the other brought his bmw S1000RR. And no there isnt another side to the story. I think what you are smelling is ANZAC biscuits and Pavola. As Scotman said in his post June 23rd was supposed to be motorcycles only and the event was called Sick Day Friday. The owner told me and my buddies that we must of booked the event from the 2016 schedule and that his site couldnt have allowed us to book anything in march like we did. Booking dates only opened in April. And there must of been some mistake.

Be that as it may I spoke to him on the phone twice asking him questions about membership and how the track works and told him we booked June 23rd. I spoke to his assistant 3 times about renting track suits for my friends, getting private coaching since my friends never rode a track and one only rides harleys. And even thought about getting one for myself since I know I have flaws that I want to correct. And spoke to her again 2 weeks ago and even mentioned the date again and asked her what the correct price would be for June 24th if we stayed and did 2 track days because it listed June 24th as a car and motorcycle day but the price was $250 which is the price for cars and I asked her if motorcycle prices were $180 and that I would let her know the we actually went. And she said cool let me know friday June 23rd if you are up to staying another night and doing another track day on Sat. There was no mention that the Corsair car club rented out the track. So no there is no other story.

When he smirked and smiled with that smug look with his effin man bun on his head i was so enraged. As i was talking with a slightly raised voice i just kept walking closer and closer to his 2 seat kawasaki golf cart looking thing. And then when the ambulance came in through the gates and the driver said hello he just kept talking to the driver so as to keep the ambulance there for as long as possible because the little vagina knew he screwed up and was bit scared. I would be too if 3 tattooed bikers in an MC associated with a certain other MC. I told him he had an angel on his shoulder that day because of witnesses LOL. But in all honesty I would not have drilled him or hurt him in any other physical way. This incident was not worth it. However he promised us each a free track day and that it would be on our account Friday by 4pm and so far no free track day. He promised to refund payment via paypal by 4pm to whoever paid paypal. So far I have no refund.

And if im not mistaken someone said that small claims court may be a waste of time for me. Not really. I live 12 miles away and can get there quick because its not a bad drive. No traffic after 10am. He spends most of his time upstate 215 miles away and occasionally goes to Queens where he is from which is only 35 miles away from the court house. Filing will cost me $25. And when I know there is a court date I just dont show up and since Im the one who filed an automatic date is set. And I can do that 3 times. So he would have to either hire a lawyer and waste 3 different dates or come on his own and waste 3 different days. But dont forget there were 3 of us. So he would have to either waste money on a lawyer for 9 different days or waste his own time 9 different times. I live on long island. My 2 buddies live in brooklyn and yes for them it would be annoying to file in small claims court because atlantic ave in brooklyn is always jammed up. No parking unless you park in a lot or get lucky or take the train in which is the easiest and only 2 blocks from the court house. And after speaking to them they will waste 3 hours of their time to file in small claims court just to annoy that owner. We told him we would do that and he said well thats one of your options. We never asked for 2 or more track days. Just a refund and for him to compensate us for our lost money on travel expenses. My room was $175 for the night. 2 day trailer rental with ball and insurance $104 (got it for 2 days because I picked it up June 22rd, would have ridden June 23rd. Drove back and come home late and dropped of the trailer June 24th), tolls I would estimate at $40-$50 round trip, gas there and back $125. So total spent including track day was $634 and he was refunding $180 which made it $454 lost. We took 2 vehicles up there. If I would have gotten that paypal refund friday along with the credit on my account off his website that was for a free track day. As pissed as I was I wouldnt have pursued it in this manner with small claims court even with his smug smile and sort of laugh. He showed us the text and email he sent to his assistant Victoria and showed us her response. Yet there is no refund on paypal for me and 1 buddy (the third paid with a credit card) and no credit on our accounts for a free track day. We all checked our New York State Safety track account and I checked 15 mins ago again as I was typing this post and checked my paypal and there was nothing.

Worst part about all this .... is that the Dodge Ram I borrowed from a brother in my MC was hit in the rear which caused damage and it was a hit and run while we were parked at a rest stop with a gas station and food court off the NY State Throughway. And why is that the worst part even though it will go through insurance. Its the worst part because fixing it will be a waste of time and all for nothing because we didnt get to ride.
