I noticed it was raised up at the top of the boss and need a 90 there not a straight. I went to remove the straight and it wasn’t very tight. Got it out and saw the threads and contacted the seller. He assures me it’s fine like this. What do you think?

Don how come you wreck everything you touch? Were you able to fix the upper radiator you just stripped the threads on also? I think wrench'n on these bikes is way above the skill level.

I haven’t even went n got a 90° fitting yet. Was like this when I received it from the seller. But thx for (1) vote that it’s junk. I did not think you mick would approve it road worthy

What about the rest of you?

LOL, this gem stone got the radiator from me. Anyone on this board who has been around a while knows I don’t sell garbage and the stuff I own and maintain is mint. You did that to the radiator Don because it sure as .... didn’t come off my bike like that and you know it.

Run a tap through it and walk away. We have all seen the rest of the .... Storm you’re trying to build, that radiator is the least of your problem.

Now that looks a lot more like the .... you run Don, in fact I’d say that’s some of your better gear. I wouldn’t sell that. It goes nicely with that thing you call a motor.

Don has no business touching these bikes and wants to point people in the right direction that is scary what a absolute horror show.

Sorry Don your bike does not have up n down shift probably should have stolen a newer model.

Don your bike does not have up n down shift...
No ....? And NOW you see that Woolich software doesn’t let you into QS on the 14R ha. After you two talked nonsense out the side of yer necks

Everyone loves a know-it-all

I don’t want QS down. Don’t need no slider either. It’s a street bike. I would like to be able to tune the up shift tho and will soon : )

Incorrect Don, the Woolich software has nothing to do with it. Your ECUwon’t allow you to run a QS on a 14r. Get the facts straight. I can take my ECU and and any Panigale Woolich kit and run full up and down QS on your bike. Buy (or in your case), “acquire” a 252.1b or later and be done with it.

What are you talking about? Get your facts straight - The bike CAME STOCK with QS lol

But we are getting off topic here (thx mick) you had said Ed: “Run a tap thru it” and again I ask:

What size tap should I run thru it Ed?

1/16-27 pipe (Like the threads MAC put in)

Or m8 x 1.25 like your fitting that stripped it???

Geez Don are you that ....... helpless. First the radiator was shipped to you exactly how I got it from MAC. That fitting was never touched. As to how to fix it, ....... figure it out and quit your damn sniveling. You expect us to believe you can build a motor but you can fix a simple fitting. Change your pad and put some clean panties on and grow a set.

As far as the QS goes I didn’t think I had to go into detail with you but boy was I wrong. The cordona/Woolich shifter that works with their package is a 3 wire. If your bike came with a 2 wire setup then you need to change the ECU to a later model to work with the Woolich QS and software. Damn Don I feel like we need a “special needs” section just for you

Yeah its a lost cause with Don even if someone babysat him with everything on these bikes it still would be a mess. Don might be best to stick to bicycles or something less complex.

Don is this yours? I saw this and immediately thought of you

I have a 3 wire ready to plug into my 14R harness right now

So you are trying to tell me MAC don’t know the difference between a metric and a npt thread and you were running that on your bike WITH NO LEAKS???

So let me get this straight Don your gonna plug a 3 wire unit into a 2 wire harness? How the .... you gonna do that? Guaranteed the bike won't even start and your dash will be ...... so let us all know how that works.
